We are delighted that you are considering the Horse & Groom Inn as your reception venue on this very special day.

The Horse & Groom Inn is a gorgeous 16th century country inn situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, just a few miles from Malmesbury. Renowned for sensational food, attentive service and stylish interiors, it makes the perfect venue for your wedding.

At the Horse & Groom we can cater for small, intimate family gatherings within the inn or for parties for up to 250 guests we offer a beautiful marquee in our gorgeous gardens. Champagne receptions can also be held in our lovely walled garden, the perfect backdrop for memorable photographs of your day.

The Horse & Groom has an outstanding reputation for serving sensational food at sensible prices and we are delighted to be in recommended by so many top guides. For example, the Michelin Guide to Pubs 2008, the Michelin Restaurant Guide, The Good Food Guide 2008 and Alastair Sawday’s Special Places Pubs & Inns of England and Wales. 

We have devised a Wedding Breakfast menu allowing for maximum choice, however Justin Brown, our head chef, would be more than delighted to discuss any specific requirements you may have. We are also able to offer a highly comprehensive and competitively priced wine list.

The Horse & Groom has 5 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms with every modern comfort ideal for the Bride and Groom on their wedding night, or for family members and friends. Our room rates are £89.95 per night double occupancy, £79.95 per night single occupancy and include a full English breakfast.

At the Horse & Groom we have a small yet experienced team who will attend to every detail and tailor our service to your personal requirements to ensure that your day is the perfect one for you. We can organise any aspect of your wedding for you so please do not hesitate to ask for our help on any matter.

For all bookings we require a deposit of 10% upon booking. Full payment will be required four weeks prior to your wedding day
